Ke Sin graduated witha Masters in Marketing from Curtin University in 2011. Her past experiences included being a Relationship Manager in an e-commerce company, an independent contractor under Infinity Organisation from September 2012 to July 2014, and in the advertising industry doing business development. In June 2015, Ke Sin joined Appco Singapore as a Client Account Manager for the charity division where she serves as the main contact between Appco, the marketing company and the charity. Ke Sin ensures the sales team represent the charity in a professional manner, with minimum customer service issues and updated information, and works with the clients on training sessions and marketing materials used by the sales team. Ke Sin also liaise with the client on visits to the charity, recognition awards for performing fundraisers and other channels of exposure. Additionally, Ke Sin looks after the overall performance of the charity, especially attrition rate, cancellation rate and rejects rate ensuring they maintain at an acceptable level and works with the internal team in improving the overall performance.
